  • Collaboration: Work with creative teams, marketing, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure brand alignment.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize video editing and motion graphics software, including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Aesthetic & Branding: Ensure designs and videos align with brand guidelines, maintain visual consistency, and stay updated on design trends.
  • Production & Delivery: Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and optimize content for various platforms like social media, websites, and broadcast.
  • Color Grading & Sound Design: Apply color correction and mix audio elements to achieve high-quality results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Design Fundamentals: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to develop innovative visual concepts and tell stories through video and animation.
  • Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics and accuracy in all visual elements.
  • Communication & Teamwork: Excellent ability to collaborate with others and receive constructive feedback.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Storytelling: Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, and how to craft a compelling narrative through editing.
