This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.

主な業務内容 | Key Responsibilities

WebアプリケーションやAPIの設計・開発・保守

Design, develop, and maintain web applications and APIs

ソフトウェアアーキテクチャの改善・最適化

Improve and optimize software architecture

コードレビューや品質保証プロセスの実施

Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality

チームとのアジャイル開発(Scrum/Kanban)推進

Work in an agile environment (Scrum/Kanban)

技術的課題の特定・解決およびドキュメンテーション作成

Identify and solve technical issues, and maintain documentation

応募資格・スキル | Qualifications & Skills

Python, Java, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript などのいずれかでの開発経験

Experience in software development using Python, Java, Go, or JavaScript/TypeScript

Webフレームワーク(例:Django, Spring, , React など)の使用経験

Experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Spring, , React)

SQL/NoSQL データベースの利用経験

Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

Gitなどのバージョン管理システムの利用経験

Proficiency in version control systems such as Git

チーム開発経験とコミュニケーション能力

Team collaboration and strong communication skills

日本語ビジネスレベル(読み書き・会話)

Business-level Japanese (reading, writing, speaking)

日本国内での就労資格を有すること

Must have legal work authorization in Japan
