Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and present design concepts using CAD software.
  • Create detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project feasibility and adherence to budgets and timelines.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
  • Manage project documentation .
  • Address and resolve any design or construction issues that arise.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
  • knowledge of building codes, standards, and construction processes.
  • Excellent design and visualization skills.
  • communication and project management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in architectural design.
  • Experience with any kind of Architectural projects.

Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and creative Interior Designer to join our team. The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional interior spaces for various types of projects, including residential, commercial, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • understanding the client needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop design concepts and mood boards to present to clients.
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using design software.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Oversee the installation of design elements and conduct site visits to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology.
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
  • Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp or Revit,
  • Strong knowledge of interior design principles, space planning, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative and innovative design approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience:

  • 1 - 3 years of experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
  • Experience with residential, commercial or hospitality projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
