Store Keeper

Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage inventory and supplies at our modular furniture manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will oversee the receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of raw materials, components, hardware, and finished goods to support timely production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Maintain accurate records of inventory levels of raw materials, fittings, hardware, and finished goods.
• Ensure proper labeling, storage, and safe handling of all materials.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records.
• Material Handling & Issuance:
• Receive materials as per purchase orders, inspect for quality and quantity, and report discrepancies.
• Issue raw materials, plywood, hardware, laminates, edge bands, etc., to production as per job orders.
• Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) principles are followed.
• Coordination:
• Coordinate with the production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Assist with materials planning by providing consumption reports and stock status.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Maintain GRNs (Goods Receipt Notes), MRNs (Material Requisition Notes), issue slips, and other inventory documents.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock and movement reports.
• Operate inventory software (e.g., Tally, ERP, or Excel-based systems).
• Housekeeping & Safety:
• Keep the store area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Ensure safe storage practices for hazardous or flammable materials (adhesives, etc.).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
