As part of our small, agile team, you'll work on impactful projects that directly shape the product.

Role Overview

We are looking for 
developers with 3–5 years of experience
 in Flutter and Django/Python who are passionate about programming and thrive in taking full ownership of their work. You'll design, build, and deliver features end-to-end with a strong emphasis on 
clean code, design patterns, and scalable architectures
.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile applications using 
    Flutter
     with high-quality UI/UX.
  • Build and scale APIs and backends using 
    Django/Python
    .
  • Apply 
    design patterns and architectural best practices
     to ensure clean, maintainable code.
  • Design relational database schemas (
    PostgreSQL/MySQL
    ) and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver features on time.
  • Take 
    ownership
     of assigned modules—drive them from design through to production.
  • Write unit/integration tests and ensure code reliability.
  • Proactively suggest improvements in architecture, performance, and user experience.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional development experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with 
    Flutter
     (state management, offline-first apps, deployment to Android & iOS).
  • Solid backend development with 
    Django/Python
     (ORM, authentication, RESTful APIs).
  • Strong understanding of 
    design patterns, clean code, and software architecture principles
     (MVC, MVVM, layered architecture, etc.).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (
    PostgreSQL/MySQL
    ) and query optimization.
  • Comfortable with 
    Git
     and collaborative workflows.
  • Passionate about programming, eager to learn, and driven by building high-quality products.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to 
    CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or containerization
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    cloud services (GCP)
    .
  • Prior 
    startup/product company experience
    .
