Help Desk (Receptionist/Customer Service) Neemuch, MP (Local Preferred) Job Description:
Looking for an organized Help Desk / Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues, while also handling administrative and reception tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Support:
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers and provide accurate, timely assistance.
  • Assist with troubleshooting technical or product-related issues, providing clear guidance to resolve problems.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Reception Duties:
  • Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Manage the front desk, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and package distribution.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and updating customer records.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning.
  • Product and Service Knowledge:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Document common issues and resolutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Any Graduate degree or equivalent required. Additional certifications in customer service or technical support is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
