Job Description:
Looking for an organized Help Desk / Receptionist / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for customers and visitors, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive experience. You will be responsible for answering inquiries, providing support, and resolving issues, while also handling administrative and reception tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support:
- Answer phone calls, emails, and live chats from customers and provide accurate, timely assistance.
- Assist with troubleshooting technical or product-related issues, providing clear guidance to resolve problems.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Reception Duties:
- Greet and assist visitors, directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Manage the front desk, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming mail, deliveries, and package distribution.
- Administrative Support:
- Perform general administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating logistics.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and updating customer records.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning.
- Product and Service Knowledge:
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to better assist customers with inquiries and troubleshooting.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and maintain reports on customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Document common issues and resolutions to create a knowledge base for future reference.
- Education: Any Graduate degree or equivalent required. Additional certifications in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
