We Are hiring for Elecrical Maintenance ( Senior Engineer Electrical Maintenance (Fanuc Robot Programming and Maintenance) for a Japanese OEM supllier for Nissan

Experience in years : 8 to 12 years

Qualification : Diploma Electrical and Electronics BE EEE

Gender : Male & Age below 32 years

Notice Period: 1 month preferred

Preferred Profile:

  1. Candidate should have experience in Fanuc Robot (Spot Welding) PLC programming knowledge and robot maintenance experience.

  2. Weld shop maintenance experience from sheet metal industry preferred.

*Strictly Fanuc robot CNC machine programming experience not preferred.

Job Description :

  1. Perform daily inspection of weld machines, Robot & other related equipments.

  2. Should carryout daily PM Checkpoints & record it accordingly.

  3. Should attend and solve the breakdowns individually.

  4. Able to do Kaizen & other improvement activities as per requirement.

  5. Maintaining and updating the spares.

  6. Follow the rules and regulations inside the plant at all the time.

  7. Maintain clean environment at all our workplace.

  8. Must be able work in flexible schedule.

Technical Skills :

  1. Operation & maintenance of machineries along with adherence of periodical inspection.

(Portable spot-welding machines, MIG welding, Fanuc robot and stud welding)

  1. Must have knowledge in trouble shooting and programming as per requirements.

  2. Must have knowledge in Omron programming & modification as per the requirement.

  3. Must have knowledge on working of proximity laser sensors.

  4. Must have knowledge in electrical JIG Operations trouble shooting new jig wiring &

    programming.

  5. Must have knowledge on utility power distribution system, DG Operation, Compressor, Cooling

    tower, machine wirings.
