Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, addressing inquiries related to cancellations, billing, and technical issues.
  • Provide a seamless and positive customer experience by actively listening to concerns and offering personalized solutions to retain customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately using our cloud-based internal systems, ensuring case details are captured in real-time.

  • Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics, including:

  • Average Handle Time (AHT)

  • Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT)
  • Retention & Save Rate
  • First Call Resolution (FCR) and other quality standards.

Salary Range: 2.5 to 4.5 LPA

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service (preferably in an international voice process).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, active listening, and persuasive communication skills.
  • Comfort with Android/iOS devices and using digital tools and applications.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts from an office-based setup.
