Required Experience & Education

  • Experience: 2+ years in Embedded Software Development
  • Education: BE/MTech in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in logical programming using C, C++, or Assembly
  • Experience following software engineering best practices (modular design, debugging, version control, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of Computer Architecture (especially ARM architecture basics)
  • Comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience in firmware development or low-level operating system internals
  • Familiarity with verification processes: test plan development, test case creation
  • Exposure to Linux internals and UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface)

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a hands-on embedded software engineer with a solid background in C/C++/Assembly, and a strong foundation in computer architecture. They should be comfortable working in Unix/Linux environments and ideally have exposure to firmware or low-level OS development along with testing and verification practices.
