The Senior Resident Onco Radiation role is based at Sir H. N. Reliance Foundation Hospital & Research Centre in Mumbai, Maharashtra. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of work experience and is classified at the junior position level. Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in radiation oncology with a strong understanding of Image-Guided Radiotherapy and Brachytherapy (Mandatory skill).
- Experience with radiation safety practices to ensure the protection of patients and staff at all times.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Expertise in operating linear accelerators and ensuring treatments are accurate and safe.
- Capability to develop detailed treatment plans using advanced treatment planning systems.
- Experience with electronic medical records to maintain accurate and detailed patient care records.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail to manage complex cases and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills to clarify treatment procedures and provide support to patients and families.

- Deliver high-quality radiation oncology treatments with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with oncologists, medical physicists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Develop and execute personalized treatment plans using advanced planning systems and imaging techniques.
- Operate and manage linear accelerators and other radiotherapy equipment ensuring all protocols are observed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment specifics and patient progress.

- Participate in continuous professional development and training to keep abreast of technological advancements.
