Job title: Principal / Lead Structural Engineer (Offshore Oil & Gas)

Location: Chennai

Are you ready to take the lead on
structural design and engineering
for world-class offshore oil & gas projects? This is your chance to
drive multiple projects, manage design deliverables, and ensure excellence in execution
– all while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.


What you'll do:

  • Lead structural discipline across projects, ensuring deliverables meet schedule, budget & contractual requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance on material engineering – specs, requisitions, bid evaluations, vendor docs.
  • Coordinate with clients, vendors & multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Review/approve design changes & ensure adherence to international codes & standards.
  • Mentor engineers/designers, identify training needs, and drive continuous improvement.


What we're looking for:

  • BSc/BTech in Civil/Structural Engineering (MSc/MTech preferred).
  • 18+ years' experience in
    offshore oil & gas facilities, drilling rigs, EPC/Construction yards, or consultancy.
  • Strong knowledge of international codes, quality assurance, and project delivery.
