Hey there We're a small but fast-growing business with three exciting brands under one roof:

  • Corporate Gifting (B2B)
  • Return Gifts for Events (B2C)
  • Kitchen Appliances (B2C)

We're looking for someone who's got a good grip on managing online stores, loves organizing product catalogs, and knows their way around WooCommerce and Canva. If you're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and being part of a brand's growth journey—we'd love to chat

Core responsibilities

· Product listing management:

Create, update, and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, and keywords to improve search engine rankings and visibility on Amazon.

· Advertising and campaign management:

Set up, manage, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns, such as PPC, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display, to drive traffic and sales.

· Performance analysis:

Monitor and analyze sales performance, campaign data, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, report on ROI, and make data-driven recommendations for growth.

· Keyword and competitive research:

Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis to ensure product listings are discoverable and stay ahead of the competition.

· Content creation:

Collaborate with teams to create and implement A+ content, videos, and other brand-specific content to enhance product pages.

· Account health:

Ensure the Amazon account remains in good standing by adhering to Amazon's policies and managing account health metrics.

Required skills and qualifications

· Amazon-specific knowledge:

Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon's advertising options, and marketplace algorithms is crucial.

· Digital marketing expertise:

Proficiency in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing is essential.

· Analytical skills:

A strong ability to use data to evaluate performance, identify insights, and optimize strategies is a must.

· Technical skills:

Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon PPC and SEO optimization tools is often required.

· Soft skills:

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are highly valued.
