We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing on-ground marketing activities, building strong customer relationships, increasing brand awareness, and driving lead generation and sales through field engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns and promotional activities in designated areas.
  • Conduct market visits, product demonstrations, and field events to promote the brand.
  • Identify potential markets and customers to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  • Distribute marketing materials (flyers, brochures, merchandise) effectively in the field.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align field activities with overall marketing strategies.
  • Collect customer feedback, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure proper branding at all activation points and event locations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and other channel partners.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on campaign performance and field activities.
