The Architectural Drafter will be responsible for developing precise and detailed architectural drawings and 3D models from architects concepts and specifications. The role requires strong technical drafting skills, a sound understanding of building codes, and the ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and compliant project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1) Analyze building specifications, codes, and site conditions to ensure accuracy in drawings.

2) Translate architects sketches, concepts, and specifications into detailed technical drawings.

3) Prepare architectural drawings using AutoCAD/Revit and ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

4) Incorporate exact measurements, calculations, and construction details into CAD drawings.

5) Develop and maintain 2D drawings, 3D models, and renderings using BIM systems.

6) Produce and distribute schematic drawings for use by architects, engineers, and construction managers.

7) Visit project sites as required to verify dimensions and gather design-related data.

8) Maintain organized records, charts, and drawings using both CAD and conventional drafting techniques.

9) Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure adherence to design intent and regulatory requirements.

10) Stay updated with the latest drafting technologies, BIM advancements, and architectural design trends.
