Job Title: Project Engineer – Interior Works

Job Summary:

The Project Engineer will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and supervising interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. This role ensures projects are executed within time, budget, and quality standards while maintaining smooth communication with clients, vendors, and the internal design team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, and execute interior fit-out projects as per approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely material procurement and execution.
  • Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety standards.
  • Prepare project reports, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and work schedules.
  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure work is completed as per standards.
  • Resolve technical issues, manage changes/variations, and ensure project milestones are met.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and statutory regulations.
  • Monitor costs and prepare progress billing, supporting documents, and project closing reports.
  • Maintain client relationships and handle on-site communication effectively.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in project execution (preferably in interior fit-out projects).
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, joinery, and MEP coordination.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
