If you're passionate about finance, compliance, and making an impact through meaningful work, we want to hear from you Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally and ExcelPrepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and project expense reports

Handle GST, TDS filings, and liaise with the CA for statutory compliance

Process vendor payments, reimbursements, and staff payroll

Assist in budgeting and financial planning for educational programs

Track and report fund utilization, for ongoing projects Requirements:B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent qualification

Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and basic accounting principles

Solid understanding of Indian taxation laws and compliance requirements

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Preferred Skills:Prior experience in NGOs, CSR-funded projects, or education-based organizations

Understanding reporting and audit processes
