Senior SAP Datasphere Developer

Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly experienced and specialist Senior SAP Datasphere Developer to lead the design and implementation of modern data warehousing solutions. This role requires 10 to 15 years of overall SAP experience, with specific, hands-on experience in building and deploying solutions within SAP Datasphere. The successful candidate will be the technical authority on data modeling, integration, and pipeline development, working on-site in Pune or Nagpur during the UK time zone shift.

Role Requirements & Logistics :

- Experience Required : 10 to 15 years in SAP (with 1-2 years specifically in SAP Datasphere).

- Location : Pune / Nagpur, Maharashtra (Onsite Office).

- Job Type : Full-Time.

- Working Hours : UK Time Shift (Ensuring overlap with European business hours).

- Notice Period : Immediate or 15 days maximum.

Key Responsibilities & Technical Deliverables :

1. SAP Datasphere Architecture & Modeling :

- Datasphere Expertise (Mandatory) : Serve as a technical expert in SAP Datasphere, leveraging the platform to design and implement robust, scalable data warehousing solutions.

- Data Modeling : Lead the building of complex Data Models within Datasphere, utilizing all available techniques, including Graphical Views, SQL Views, and Analytical Models.

- Pipeline Development : Design and implement high-performance Data Pipelines (ETL) for data ingestion, transformation, and load using Datasphere's capabilities.

2. Data Integration & SAP Ecosystem :

- Integration Features : Possess good knowledge of SAP Datasphere's data integration features for both inbound and outbound scenarios, ensuring seamless connectivity to source and target systems.

- Source Data : Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge regarding source data structures, particularly possessing knowledge of SAP CDS Views as a key data source for Datasphere.

3. Client Interaction & Project Delivery :

- Stakeholder Engagement : Actively interact with clients and functional teams to thoroughly understand and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications for the Datasphere solution.

- Project Lifecycle : Continuously participate in all phases of the project lifecycle : configuration, comprehensive testing, data migration, post-go-live support, and subsequent solution enhancement.
