Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented
Tele Caller Executive
to join our team. This role combines client communication with operational support, including preparation of challans for smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to handle basic documentation with accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce products/services.
- Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and provide accurate product/service information.
- Maintain and update customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.
- Prepare, verify, and manage challans for deliveries and dispatches.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure timely order processing.
- Follow up with clients for payment collections and document submissions.
- Prepare and maintain basic sales reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: 12th pass / Graduate.
- Experience in tele calling, customer service, or similar roles preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), Google Sheets and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
