Job Title: Advocate Associate

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Role Overview:

Dedicated Advocate Associate to support our litigation team, focusing on High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court, and Arbitration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage litigation cases in various legal forums.
  • Conduct trials, draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents, and negotiate settlements, SoC, SoD, Sec- 17,11,9 and 29A
  • Represent Client in court hearings and arbitrations.
  • Research legal issues and provide effective legal strategies and solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and legal advice.
  • Collaborate with senior advocates and other associates on complex cases.
  • Manage case files and ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
  • Enrolled as an advocate with the Bar Council of India.
  • 2-3 years of litigation experience in Bombay High Court, DRT, NCLT, RERA, City Court and Arbitration.
  • Comprehensive understanding of legal procedures and court systems.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in using all Microsoft Office tools.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
