About the Role

We're looking for a Campaign Developer with hands-on experience in Marketing Automation, particularly with SAP Emarsys Campaigns. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about data-driven marketing, and eager to create impactful, multi-channel customer journeys.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, Push, Web Personalization) using SAP Emarsys
  • Create audience segments, contact lists, and automation workflows to drive engagement and retention
  • Set up and monitor A/B tests, personalization strategies, and campaign automations
  • Generate campaign performance reports and share insights for optimization
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA)
  • Collaborate with senior marketing and CRM teams to align execution with business goals
  • Gain exposure to Predictive AI models, personalization, and advanced reporting within Emarsys

Requirements

  • Experience working with SAP Emarsys Campaigns (automation, segmentation, personalization, reporting, transactional campaigns, VCE, APIs)
  • Exposure to SQL for audience targeting (basic to intermediate level)
  • Solid understanding of marketing automation workflows and campaign execution processes
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a global team setup
