Job Summary:

The Pharmacy Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple pharmacy retail outlets, ensuring compliance, optimizing performance, and supporting store teams to deliver high-quality service and accurate dispensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations across multiple pharmacy stores.
  • Ensure compliance with drug regulations, licensing, and company policies.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and procurement efficiency.
  • Train and guide pharmacy staff on SOPs, customer service, and product knowledge.
  • Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of each store.
  • Resolve operational issues and support store teams in achieving targets.
  • Qualifications & Skills:Degree/Diploma in Pharmacy with valid license.
  • 4–6 years of experience in retail pharmacy, including team management.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel across store locations.
  • Proficiency in pharmacy software and reporting tools.
