Junior Performance Marketing Executive

We're a growing performance marketing agency working with D2C brands in skincare, clothing, and more.
Its a Startup agency.
No fancy offices or hierarchy just results driven work with full ownership and zero micromanagement.
Responsibilities:
- Run & optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate channels).
- Perform ongoing keyword research for growth & optimization.
- Develop ad copy, targeting strategies, and campaign structures.
- Ensure PPC campaigns follow best practices & deliver results.
- Monitor campaign performance & drive revenue goals.
- Run A/B tests, analyze data & improve ROI.
- Manage multiple accounts independently.
- Work with sales/dev teams to create high-converting landing pages.
- Support proposal & scope document creation with BD team.
- Report weekly/monthly on KPIs, revenue & insights.
- Execute marketing on additional channels (SMS, email, Facebook groups).
- Stay updated with the latest in paid media and D2C trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in paid media (Google, Meta, affiliates).
- Proven work in D2C sectors like skincare, apparel, etc.
- Strong analytical, communication & campaign management skills.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
- Startup mindset—self-starter, adaptable, proactive.
