Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and strategic *Content & Copy Writer* who specializes in writing for press releases, social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, Instagram, etc. The one who will be responsible for crafting engaging, brand-aligned content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions. One who works closely with our marketing, design, and leadership teams to position our brand as a thought leader in the industry.

Responsibilities
:

Ability to write creative copy with innovative ideas & ability to connect with clients and understand their brief in details.

A Grammar Nazi with content writing skills

Brainstorming visual and copy ideas with other members of the creative team & Propose copy concepts and present underlying strategic thinking.

Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials.

Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts

Write clear, engaging, and persuasive copy for various platforms, including websites, blogs, emails, social media, linkedin , advertisements, product descriptions, and more.

Develop creative concepts and write compelling copy for campaigns, including product launches, events, and promotions.

Conduct research to understand target audiences, industry trends, and competitors, and use insights to craft impactful messaging.

Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, grammar, and tone.

Ensure copy adheres to the brand voice, style guidelines, and overall content strategy & adapt writing style based on the medium, target audience, and objectives of the content.

Stay up-to-date with copywriting best practices and industry trends to continually refine your craft.

Craft compelling headlines, CTAs, and post captions aligned with our brand voice & Optimize posts for reach, engagement, and conversion

Research and repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, webinars) into bite-sized, platform-specific content

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, LinkedIn algorithm updates, and content best practices & track performance metrics , iterate based on results

Skills :

Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role & familiarity with content management systems (CMS) , email marketing tools & basic understanding of graphic design principles to collaborate effectively with design teams.

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to write for various tones and styles, adapting to the specific needs of each project.

Experience with digital marketing, social media, and content strategy & strong understanding of SEO principles and experience writing optimized content.

Requirements
:

Education
- Any Graduation (Preferred)

Experience
- 2 years to 3 years of relevant work experience

Work Model
- Work from Office (On site)

Working Days
- Monday to Friday (& any 2 Saturdays off)

Working Hours
- 10:30am to 7:30pm

Company provides Laptop for work

Salary Range
