Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Abacus Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching abacus techniques, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in helping students improve their mathematical abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct engaging abacus training sessions for students of various age groups.
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to different learning styles.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Create a positive and motivating learning environment.
  • Organize workshops and events to promote abacus learning.
  • Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and abacus techniques.
  • Collaborate with parents and staff to discuss student progress and development.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Abacus Trainer or in a similar teaching role.
  • Strong understanding of abacus methods and mental calculation techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience and a passion for teaching.
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual student needs.
  • Certification in abacus training is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with children or youth education.
  • Knowledge of educational technology and online teaching tools.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹35,000.00 per month
