Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced
AI MIS Dashboard Developer
who can design and implement automated
Management Information System (MIS)
dashboards integrating data from multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will create dashboards that track
sales, inventory, marketing, and production performance
, and implement
AI-based forecasting models
to guide strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop
    interactive and automated MIS dashboards
    using
    Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
    .
  • Fetch and integrate data
    from multiple sources such as
    Shopify, Myntra, Amazon, Tally, and ERP systems
    .
  • Build
    data pipelines
    and automation scripts for real-time or scheduled updates.
  • Implement
    AI/ML forecasting models
    for sales trends, inventory management, and demand prediction.
  • Collaborate with management and teams (sales, marketing, production) to define metrics and KPIs.
  • Ensure
    data accuracy, consistency, and validation
    across reports.
  • Automate recurring reports and alerts using
    Python, SQL, Power Automate, or Zapier
    .
  • Generate data-driven insights and recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in
    Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
    .
  • 2–5 years of experience in
    data analytics, BI dashboarding, or MIS automation
    .
  • Strong command of
    Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools
    .
  • Proficiency in
    SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and API integration
    .
  • Experience in
    data modeling, ETL processes
    , and data visualization.
  • Working knowledge of
    AI/ML forecasting techniques
    (Time Series, Regression, etc.).
  • Excellent understanding of
    eCommerce analytics
    (sales funnel, conversion, product performance).
  • Strong communication skills with a business-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    apparel/fashion retail or eCommerce analytics
    .
  • Familiarity with
    Shopify, Amazon, Myntra dashboards, or Tally integration
    .
  • Experience with
    cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
    .
  • Certifications in
    Power BI / Tableau / Data Analytics
    are a plus.
