Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled MSW graduate who can take the lead in writing impactful project proposals, building partnerships with companies and CSR teams, and creating compelling presentations to showcase SHIVAA's programs and vision.

The ideal candidate will combine strong writing and research skills with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, playing a crucial role in bringing resources and collaborations to SHIVAA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Writing & Documentation
  • Draft high-quality project proposals, concept notes, and reports for CSR partners, foundations, and government schemes.
  • Research funding opportunities and align proposals with donor requirements and SHIVAA's program priorities.
  • Corporate Outreach & Partnerships
  • Identify and approach potential corporate partners for CSR collaborations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, company representatives, and funding agencies.
  • Represent SHIVAA in corporate meetings, webinars, and networking events.
  • Presentation & Communication
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations, pitch decks, and impact stories for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program teams to collect success stories, data, and visuals to strengthen proposals and reports.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Support in tracking funded projects, ensuring reporting deadlines are met.
  • Prepare periodic progress and impact reports for donors and partners.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong written communication in English and Hindi/Marathi.
  • Ability to write clear, persuasive proposals and reports.
  • Confident in public speaking and making presentations.
  • Knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools (e.g., Canva, PowerPoint).
  • Research-oriented, with a basic understanding of CSR laws and social development issues.
  • Networking skills with the ability to engage stakeholders professionally.

Qualifications:

  • Master's in Social Work (MSW) or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in proposal writing, fundraising, or CSR engagement preferred (freshers with strong writing skills are welcome).
  • Prior experience in NGOs or community development projects is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16, ₹45,292.43 per month
