Scorpiosys Consulting India Pvt Ltd is hiring Salesforce professionals to help build next-generation digital platforms for the world's top banks, investment firms, and healthcare providers. We're not just implementing Salesforce—we're reimagining how it powers enterprise transformation in the Agentic AI era.

We're looking for driven, certified developers who want to grow fast, work on real-world capital markets and financial services use cases, and contribute meaningfully in a high-ownership startup culture. These roles are 100% onsite at our Banjara Hills office in Hyderabad during UK business hours. No remote or hybrid options.

What You'll Do

Core Development & Automation

  • Build complex Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, and flows
  • Design advanced automations using record-triggered flows, scheduled jobs, and orchestrations
  • Implement robust unit testing and error handling practices
  • Use custom metadata, dynamic forms, and Lightning App Builder for enterprise scalability

Integrations & Platform Engineering

  • Develop and manage REST/SOAP APIs, Named Credentials, and External Services
  • Integrate Salesforce with external financial platforms, MDMs, and reporting systems
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Git branching strategies, and DevOps workflows using SFDX

Enterprise Projects & Team Mentorship

  • Lead FSC implementations for banking, wealth, and private equity clients
  • Collaborate with solution architects on data models, security layers, and component reuse
  • Conduct code reviews and support knowledge-sharing across project teams

AI & Product Innovation

  • Contribute to building reusable FSC accelerators and AI-ready components
  • Explore Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and integration with NLP and LLM platforms

You Bring

  • Certified PD2 with deep experience in Apex, LWC, and Flows
  • Experience delivering Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions
  • Strong knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, and Salesforce security architecture
  • Experience with Git, SFDX, and deployment automation tools
  • Prior exposure to capital markets, wealth, or healthcare domains is highly desirable
  • Comfortable working full-time from office and owning technical delivery end to end
