  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, ethical guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory requirements while maintaining laboratory infrastructure, managing project resources, and presenting findings at conferences or review meetings.

  • Assist in conducting research activities as per project objectives, including literature review, experimental setup, data collection, and execution of laboratory or field-based studies under the guidance of senior scientists.

  • Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, and datasets; prepare interim reports, presentations, and research summaries to support project reviews and funding agency requirements.

  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain research instruments, software tools, or laboratory equipment while adhering strictly to safety norms, standard operating procedures, and ethical research practices.

  • Support publication efforts by contributing to research papers, posters, and conference submissions, and actively participate in team meetings, workshops, and training programs to enhance technical and analytical skills
