We are looking for a Statistician / Data Scientist for our AI-powered feedback platform, Zonka Feedback, with expertise in advanced analytics, regression, linear modeling, and statistical modeling to drive actionable insights for business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building predictive and impact models, designing scoring frameworks, and applying advanced analytics to generate actionable insights for business outcomes.

This is a contract engagement where you will be developing and validating formulas and models, collaborate with business stakeholders, and provide data-driven insights that inform strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement statistical formulas, regression and linear models, predictive models, and scoring/ impact analyses for CX metrics and reporting dashboards
  • Apply advanced analytics to uncover trends, patterns, and drivers across business data.
  • Provide guidance on statistical methodologies and best practices across analytics projects.
  • Design scoring systems and algorithmic frameworks for reporting and decision-making dashboards.
  • Validate, test, and ensure accuracy and reliability of formulas and analytical outputs.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate formulas/models into reporting systems and dashboards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in statistical modelling, regression analysis, linear modelling, and predictive analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming/statistical tools.
  • Experience with CX platforms and metrics is a plus.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain formulas and models to non-technical stakeholders.
