Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kindergarten Teacher based in Varanasi. The Kindergarten Teacher will create and deliver lesson plans suited to early childhood education. Responsibilities include managing a positive and engaging learning environment, teaching foundational subjects, monitoring student progress, and collaborating with parents and fellow educators to ensure a holistic learning experience for young students.

Qualifications

• Experience in Lesson Planning and foundational education techniques
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with young learners and parents
• Skills in Teaching and effectively managing early childhood classrooms
• Experience in Training and guiding young learners in their social and cognitive development
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is preferred
• Empathy, patience, and enthusiasm for teaching young children
