Role Overview

You'll create high-quality, brand-consistent designs across all communication touchpoints. The role requires strong design fundamentals, a deep sense of brand identity, and the ability to work independently. Short-form video editing is a core skill.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

Maintain and elevate the Officebing brand across all creatives

Build reusable on-brand templates for scalable visual output

Social Media & Marketing Creatives

Design posts, stories, ads, carousel creatives and campaign visuals for LinkedIn & Instagram

Short-Form Video Editing

Edit reels, recap videos, and short promotional clips

Ensure videos align with brand style and tone

Web Visual Assets

Create banners, hero images, marketing visuals and graphic elements for web pages

Print & Event Collaterals

Design brochures, event flyers, internal communication materials and other marketing collaterals

Collaboration & Proactive Contribution

Work with digital marketing & events teams on monthly content calendars

Suggest new visual directions, formats and brand improvements

Required Skills & Experience

1–3 years of experience as a visual designer with a strong, brand-led portfolio

Strong grounding in design principles — typography, layout, colour, hierarchy, composition

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
