Role Description
We are looking for a motivated
International Sales Assistant / Executive
to join our team in
Ahmedabad
. This role involves supporting the sales team in managing international clients, handling day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring smooth coordination with internal departments. The right candidate should be proactive, organised, and comfortable communicating with global customers via email and phone.
Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Reach out to international clients through calls and emails.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up regularly.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with overseas customers.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
- Keep records and documentation updated for sales activities.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Good English communication skills (spoken & written).
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Background in
Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Chemical Sales
preferred. - Prior experience in sales or chemical industry is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
