About Multiply Multiply is a nonprofit initiative by Creador Foundation that empowers women from low -income households in India with financial knowledge. We create accessible and engaging financial education content across digital platforms like WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram, reaching over 1 million subscribers and 30,000+ women entrepreneurs actively engaging with us. Our mission is to make financial literacy practical, relatable, and actionable — enabling women entrepreneurs and households to make better money decisions, grow their businesses, and build financial resilience. We're also pioneering India's first AI -enabled Voice Bot on WhatsApp that allows women to learn finance through simple, conversational voice notes. This innovation is at the heart of how we scale our impact to millions. The Role We're looking for a Social Media Content Creator to lead Multiply India's digital storytelling and community engagement. This isn't a "post -and -hope" role. You'll design content that builds awareness, drives engagement, and turns it into action — whether its women joining our WhatsApp community, watching our financial explainer videos, or trying out our AI Voice Bot. You'll be building campaigns that make financial literacy feel modern, local, and worth talking about, while also measuring what works, testing new formats, and keeping Multiply at the center of financial conversations in India. Key Responsibilities • Content Calendar & Campaigns: Lead weekly/monthly social calendars across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and LinkedIn, aligned with financial literacy themes, key dates, and grassroots stories. • Video Creation: Develop short -form video ideas, write scripts (60–90 sec), and edit raw footage with subtitles, transitions, and music tailored for platform -specific formats. • Copywriting & Storytelling: Write punchy captions, video descriptions, and call -to -action that resonate with women audiences and drive measurable action. • Community & On -Ground Content: Engage directly with audiences online and create authentic content by interviewing women entrepreneurs, curating user -generated stories through field visits • AI Voice Bot Promotion – Design campaigns to promote Multiply's AI -enabled WhatsApp Voice Bot as a unique, innovative way for women to learn finance. • Trendspotting & Commentary – Monitor trending formats and financial news (budget, schemes, scams) to position Multiply as a go -to voice for women's financial literacy. • Analytics & Optimization – Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, sign -ups) and prepare actionable reports, experimenting with new formats and campaign strategies. • Audience Insight – Run polls, surveys, and feedback loops to understand women's needs and fine -tune content strategies accordingly. • Collaboration & Brand Alignment – Work with designers, videographers, and partners to ensure consistency in Multiply's brand voice and creative quality.Requirements Who You Are • 4+ years of proven experience in creating social media content that performs (mission -driven brands, nonprofits, Edtech, or women/youth -focused platforms preferred). • Fluent in short -form video creation — ideation, scripting, and editing • Strong copywriting ability across platforms - Instagram captions, YouTube/Facebook descriptions, campaign messaging. • Confident in engaging communities both online and on -ground, capturing real stories from women entrepreneurs. • Equally data -driven and creative — comfortable with analytics, reporting, and experimentation. • Excited about using digital media to empower women and make financial literacy relatable and action -oriented. • A trend watcher — always curious about what's happening on social media and how to adapt it for impact.Benefits What You'll Gain • Be part of an award -winning initiative making real impact in women's financial empowerment • Creative freedom to experiment with ideas, formats, and campaigns. • A fast -paced, mission -driven team where your work will directly reach millions. • Opportunities to grow with a clear growth trajectory in brand storytelling, community building and digital marketing Ready to make financial literacy go viral?
