TMSi Event or Session Creation
Responsible for the event or session creation
Responsible for implementing culture participants adhering to guidelines, usage of Learner App,
pre work completion, Log in TMSi on regular intervals, Pre work completion monitoring and
enabling retail network and trainers to complete pre work.
- Training attendance closing once the session is completed.
Training Performance Reporting (TMSi Reporting 2.0)
Training TMDs for different training formats vs individual targets.
Training Feedback with action tracking by trainer on negative feedback.
Trainer Speech days vs target.
Focus Topic Tracking performance with timelines.
Training Planning and Coordination –
Timely communication of training calendar to retail network is must for timely training planning. Current agreement is announcing training calendar with tentative dates of training for N+3 months onwards and quarterly calendar with fixed dates revised 45 days before start of quarter. Role will be responsible for monitoring timely receipt of communication from trainer and announcing to dealers and in case of any gaps in timelines involving training management to ensure no gaps in committed timelines.

Proficient in the use of MS Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Qualification and Work Experience
Graduation or Preferred MBA.
At least 3-4 years of work experience and profound knowledge of Business Intelligence Tools,
Advance Excel, Tableau, LMS Preferred.
- Candidates with experience in Training Coordination in any industry and retail automotive preferred.
