About the Role

Haripriya Hospitalities seeks a skilled Data Analyst with a minimum of 2 years' experience to join our Hyderabad team. This full-time, on-site position focuses on analyzing restaurant operations, banquet services, and commercial space performance data to drive informed business decisions. Responsibilities include building dashboards, analyzing KPIs, creating reports, and collaborating with multiple teams to optimize revenue and operational efficiency. The notice period is 30 days with a 4-month probation.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Azure fundamentals
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook essential
  • MBA graduates or equivalent business education preferred
  • Ability to interpret business data, communicate insights to non-technical teams, and work collaboratively

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and model data from multi-channel operations (restaurants, events, retail spaces)
  • Develop Power BI dashboards and automated reports for timely decision-making
  • Monitor key performance metrics and identify actionable business insights
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and finance teams
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
  • Support forecasting, pricing, and optimization efforts with quantitative analysis
