Job Summary:
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Operations to oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution of processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in operations management, team handling, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and ensure timely delivery of tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline workflows
- Monitor key metrics and prepare reports for management
- Identify gaps and suggest process improvements
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues efficiently
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations or a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and team management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60, ₹65,000.00 per month
