Software Engineering Manager, Conversion Infrastructure

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
- 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role, overseeing projects, with 3 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.
- Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 3 years of experience working in a matrixed organization.

Software Engineering Managers have not only the technical expertise to take on and provide technical leadership to major projects, but also manage a team of engineers. With technical and leadership expertise, you manage engineers across multiple teams and locations, a large product budget and oversee the deployment of large-scale projects across multiple sites internationally.

Responsibilities- Manage a team of engineers and managers focused on building large scale infrastructure that scales .
- Build a long-term roadmap and establish technical direction for improving infrastructure and features across the board. .
- Work with partner teams, leadership, Product and program managers on defining alignment and help the team deliver objectives as needed by the business.
- Nurture a growth mindset to ensure that our team is the best place to learn and grow for our engineers.
