  • upload daily reverse pickup pendency summary on google sheet to the internal team
  • followup with Brands & Brand Managers for rejected DTO/Reverse shipments to be accepted.
  • Share Monthly , Weekly Courier Reverse Pickup Performance Updates / Summary
  • Need to align weekly courier meetings & discuss the overall performance with courier
  • Manage Serviceability as per the courier performance for reverse pickup
