The Challenge

Perform Routine Testing: Conduct tests on Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) ranging from 66kV to 420kV, including tests on Disconnector, Earthing Switch, and Circuit Breaker (both Mechanical and Electrical Tests) within the stipulated time frame, maintaining high standards of quality.

Operate Testing Equipment: Proficiently operate CB Timing kits, SF6 handling plants, Cranes, and Gas Insulated High Voltage Testing kits.

Troubleshoot and Diagnose: Identify and resolve faults in products and wiring efficiently.

Participate in Improvement Programs: Actively engage in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, Continuous Improvement programs, Compliance and Corporate Governance, and adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines.

We Dont Need Superheroes, Just Super Minds:

Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a total experience of 2-3 years, including at least 1 year of experience in GIS routine testing.

Shift Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work in all three shifts.

Technical Skills:

Understanding of manufacturing and assembly drawings.

Proficiency in preparing documentation and maintaining records of performed tests.

Experience in conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) in front of customers.

EHS Knowledge: Familiarity with environmental health and safety regulations and procedures.

Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Advanced knowledge of lean principles and techniques to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
