Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling executive administrative tasks, preparing expense reports, providing executive support, and ensuring effective communication within the organization. Other duties include calendar management, coordinating meetings, and administrative assistance to ensure the CEO's workflow is efficient and organized.

Qualifications

  • Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
  • Experience with Expense Reports and Executive Support
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role
