Senior Retoucher

About the Role:

We are hiring talented Photo Editors with 4–5 years of experience in high-end image retouching. The candidates must have high attention to detail, solid judgement, and the technical skills to produce finished images through advanced editing methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Background replacements and custom edits (e.g., removing people and objects)
• High-end clothing retouching
• Precision work with fine detailing
• Advanced-level hair masking
• Excellent understanding of Photoshop.

What We're Looking For:

• 4–5 years of professional experience in Photoshop
• Deep understanding of high-end retouching techniques
• Proficient in Windows or Mac OS
• Open to constructive feedback and new learning
• Humble, down-to-earth, and proactive personality
• Ability to adapt quickly, stay open-minded and collaborative
• Bonus: Experience in colour correction
