Oversee daily laundry operations including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and packaging.

Ensure timely processing and delivery of all laundry items (customer, hotel, or institutional).

Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and linen to prevent shortages or overstocking.

Monitor machine performance and coordinate regular maintenance to avoid downtime.

Implement and maintain proper laundry flow and cleanliness standards within the facility

Inspect finished laundry for stains, damage, and quality of pressing or folding.

Establish and enforce quality and hygiene standards as per company policy.

Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrective actions.

Identify areas for process optimization and introduce better methods or technologies.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, manpower, and performance.

Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to operational SOPs.
