Role Description

Frankfinn is seeking a full-time Aviation Trainer for an on-site role located in Rajkot. Responsibilities include training students in aviation-specific skills and industry standards, delivering engaging and practical lessons on customer service, communication, grooming, and safety protocols. The trainer will prepare course materials, conduct training sessions, assess trainees' progress, and provide constructive feedback to build their confidence and skills for aviation careers. In addition, the role involves staying updated with the latest industry practices and maintaining professional standards of teaching and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in Aviation, Hospitality, and Customer Service with relevant industry experience
• Excellent skills in public speaking, effective communication, and student engagement
• Proficiency in creating and delivering comprehensive training sessions and course materials
• Basic IT skills, including using presentation tools and virtual training software
• Adaptability, patience, and the ability to mentor and inspire aspiring students
• Preferred qualifications include a diploma or certification in Aviation, Hospitality, or related fields
• Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures in the aviation industry is an advantage
• Previous teaching, training, or mentoring experience in a professional capacity is highly desirable
