Responsibilities & Key Deliverables Leading BIW Welding Fixtures Automation Design.Automation Scope/Architecture Finalisation with Customer.Planning of Welding Fixtures Automation.Automation Scope/Architecture Finalisation with Suppliers.Coordination with Automation suppliers.Regular Coordination with Mfg Team for Automation activities.Manufacturing Approvals with customer.Automation/PLC Troubleshooting at Installation.Good knowledge of Automation ( pneumatics, PLC and Hydraulics, SCADA,VMS.Active participation TPM.Active participation in quality system (ISO documentation Preferred Industries Education Qualification Bachelor of Engineering; Diploma; Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics; Diploma in Electronics General Experience 5-10 Years Critical Experience System Generated Core Skills Communication SkillsGrievance Handling & ManagementHydraulicsISO Quality ManagementNetwork AdministrationPresentation SkillsRoboticsTeamworkJigs & FixturesProcess Knowledge - WeldingPneumaticsNetworking System Generated Secondary Skills Experience LevelSenior Level
