About the Role:

At Ashvieron Technologies, we are seeking enthusiastic and talented developers to join our development team and contribute to real-world projects utilizing Python and Django. They should be an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django who can independently design, develop, and maintain both backend systems and frontend user interfaces. The ideal candidate will have excellent debugging, problem-solving, and design skills, with the ability to work across the full software development lifecycle. The candidate should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment, communicating with team members and stakeholders, and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using Python and Django frameworks.
  • Build and maintain intuitive frontend interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI best practices.
  • Architect, implement, and maintain efficient database models and APIs.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and business teams to deliver features on time.
  • Implement security and data protection measures in applications.
  • Manage application deployment and environment configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.
  • Hands-on experience with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/SQLite) and ORM concepts.
  • Familiarity with RESTful API development (preferably Django REST Framework).
  • Solid understanding of web security concepts (CSRF, XSS, SQL Injection).
  • Experience in debugging and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency with version control systems (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
  • Good understanding of software design principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2–3+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, preferably within an IT services/product company.
  • Proven track record of delivering production-grade applications.

Note:

1. 
Mumbai-based candidates are preferred. Although a majority of the work would be remote, occasional meetings may be required to discuss requirements etc.

Candidates having their own laptops/workstations would be preferred.
