Sterling Study Abroad is a leading international education consultancy helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and strengthen our online presence across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow the company's presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with brand strategy and campaigns
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, followers, and leads
  • Handle influencer marketing collaborations and campaigns
  • Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), optimize ad performance, and report analytics
  • Coordinate with the content and design team for creatives and video posts
  • Monitor trends, insights, and competitors to improve performance
  • Prepare monthly social media reports and growth analysis

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, analytics tools, and social media trends
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and strategic thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
