We are looking for an experienced Foreman (Structure) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of structural construction works and proven expertise in handling real estate/contractor projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all site-related structural activities, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily structural work at the site, including RCC, shuttering, reinforcement, and concrete works.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage and guide the site workforce, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve desired results.
• Monitor the usage of materials, equipment, and manpower efficiently.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, and management for smooth workflow.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with construction standards.
• Maintain daily reports and site records.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in structural works.
• Prior experience in contractor companies and real estate projects will be preferred.
• Strong technical and supervisory skills.
• Ability to handle site challenges and ensure project timelines.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and quality management practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹55,000.00 per month
