Greetings from Profinch Solutions. . We are hiring for a Business Analyst.

Job Description:Looking for a 7-12 years of experience Business Analyst with knowledge in Core banking/Retail banking/Corporate Banking/digital applications. The candidate should have a strong understanding of banking solutions and implementation of banking applications. Key Responsibilities:Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders, cross-functional teams to gather requirements, drive requirement discussions with the business independently.

Analyze and document business requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications. Conduct gap analysis / recommend solutions.

Manage stakeholders (both internal and external). Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are met. Build/review test cases and coordinate with the business for user acceptance testing (UAT).

Take ownership of end-to-end solution implementation. Provide subject matter expertise in Retail banking/Digital banking channels. Provide a solution walkthrough to the required stakeholders.

Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders, provide status updates. CBAP will be an added advantage. Must have skills:7-12 years of experience as a Business analyst in the Banking industry.

Strong functional knowledge and implementation experience in Retail banking (Loans/deposits/CASA/General ledger/Payments/Cards) or Corporate Banking (Trade/Treasury/Transaction Banking) or Digital applications or any other core banking modules. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Should be self-driven, committed, take ownership and responsibility of tasks assigned.

Software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies experience. Good presentation, analytical and communication skills. Must be a quick learner.
