Job Title: Accounts Officer / Accounts Executive

Location: CCIS Green Campus

Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:

CCIS Green Campus is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Person to handle the financial operations of the institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounts, managing daily transactions, and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
  • Handle daily accounting entries, cash transactions, bank reconciliations, and fee collection records.
  • Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments in a timely manner.
  • Manage and update accounting data in ERP or other financial software.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
  • Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational and statutory financial regulations.
  • Support the finance department in other related tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance (preferably in an educational institution).
  • Proficiency in Tally / ERP / Excel and other accounting tools.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of financial data.
