Warehouse Keeper

Role & responsibilities

1. Receive, inspect, and verify goods received against invoices/purchase orders.

2. Store goods in designated areas, ensuring proper labelling, organisation, and stock rotation.

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, including stock levels, movements, and discrepancies.

4. Issue goods to the production line or dispatch to customers, ensuring proper documentation and authorisation for the same.

5. ERP system maintenance.

6. Conduct regular stock takes and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.

7. Identify and report any stock discrepancies, damages, or losses to management.

8. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse/store environment.

9. Comply with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

10. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred candidate profile ( Candidate from Manufacturing will be preferred)

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in storekeeping or an inventory management role.

2. Graduated from a recognised university or have an equivalent diploma.

3. Excellent record-keeping and organisational skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Strong attention to detail and good comprehension skills.

6. Physical ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects using warehouse trolleys and carts.

7. Familiarity with inventory management software and systems like SAP.

Language Requirement: Hindi and English communication skills are essential.
